Video: Amazon Music Unlimited with Alexa Demo

Earlier this month, Amazon launched a new feature for its Amazon Music Unlimited subscription service with Alexa that allows users to request music based on activity. But prior to this user intent based feature, Amazon had programmed Alexa to be able to answer specific user requests for its music subscription service. In the video above, Voicebot Managing Editor Bret Kinsella demonstrates the power of Alexa’s music search capabilities. He shows how Alexa can play a specific song, artist or album through voice commands. She can even find that song you have stuck in your head with just a few words from the lyrics, making her a pretty competent DJ.
